WHEW! That was a close one.

I leave work at 3:30 pretty regularly. This time of the year I take the train home unless my neighbor happens to be leaving work at the same time.
He'll send me a note if he's going to be passing by. Today I hit the jackpot.
This is my Metro station, and I walked by the smoky entrance on my way down to the curb where I usually meet him.
Good lord, I would have still been there.

No idea. I'm guessing an electrical fire, but they haven't released that information.
Station is going to be closed during rush hour and that's a big deal, since it's a transfer station.
All I know is that this beer is delicious.
